Microsoft 365 Integration

The Microsoft 365 Integration is here! With this release, you will be able to connect your Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) tenant to Datto RMM and automatically fetch all of your client tenants. The integration can be set up in less than one minute using your CSP tenant ID and Global Administrator credentials. From there, you can manage access for your client users directly from Datto RMM as well as seamlessly access the various Microsoft client portals. This integration features a dedicated Microsoft 365 menu that provides easy navigation to a tenant overview page, a user overview page, and specific user details. Integrated Customer Billing for Autotask and Kaseya BMS

MSPs require an efficient and accurate way to bill for services provided to their customers, but manual billing processes are error-prone and tedious, and they can result in lost revenue. Having granular billing metrics for all IT Complete modules available in Autotask and Kaseya BMS allows for flexible automated billing.

 Copying a filter

You can now copy a filter from filter lists and the filter detail pane in the New UI to minimize repetition when many similar filters are required with minor criteria changes. Refer to Viewing filter details and Copying a filter.
